The past couple of days have been the darkest mid-Autumn Festival time in Hong Kong for years. Every time I think about it, I can't help asking myself "why? why ? why ? why? " I console myself with the reflection that perhaps some of those departed may now have gone on to another world, one free from tears and sorrows. If there is such a world, then as a token of my tribute to them, I offer them, especially the children amongst them, these festival photos of what would otherwise have brought them a tiny measure of joy on that fateful night.

Great shots. Your little camera does put a lot of SLR cameras to shame. Who needs big unwieldy cameras!

I do wish they can see all these beautiful pictures and find consolation from them. Hope the last one won't bring them too much sorrow. Great shots.
