The Casa Tomada (house taken) of Colombia's Rafael Gómezbarros who's making a reference here to the short story by Argentinian writer Julio Cortázar in which the occupants of a huge mansion is suddenly invaded by elusive presences announced solely by muted sounds who says that unless a country buries its dead, they will always haunt it as ghosts in the attic. Gómezbarros is an installation artist concerned about the fates of millions of hardworking people displaced by both internal and external immigrants to and from Colombia, like ants.
