A Little Week End Fun

Feels so tired at the end of the week. Don't really feel like doing anything. So I'll be a bit lazy. A man can be lazy once in a while, can't he? He's human too, you know. But as always, I'm lucky. Got a joke just a couple of minutes ago from a good friend. So I'll use it and be done so that I can go on to something else. As so often, it's a joke on that most maligned member of the female species: the blonde who is often so unfairly portrayed as dumb. Perhaps that's a man's way of getting back at behaving like a fool before a blonde. He probably needs to regain a little of that "dignity" or "self-respect" he so obligingly and mindlessly surrenders to his idol and remain "sane". Or maybe they are invented by by jealous brunettes or red heads who think that the admiring male glances that they so covet and which they think they themselves so richly deserve should have been so exculusively monopolised by blondes?  Whatever may be the true cause for the prevalence of such so-called "dumb blonde jokes", here's another one. Enjoy.

BOB & THE BLONDE:

Bob walked into a sports bar around 9:58 PM.
He sat down next to a blonde at the bar
And stared up at the TV.

The 10 PM news was coming on.
The news crew was covering the story of a man on the ledge of a large building preparing to jump.

The blonde looked at Bob and said, "Do you think he'll jump?"

Bob said, "You know, I bet he'll jump."

The blonde replied, "Well, I bet he won't."

Bob placed a $20 note on the bar and said, "You're on!"

Just as the blonde placed her money on the bar, the man on the ledge
did a swan dive off the building, falling to his death.

The blonde was very upset, But willingly handed her $20 to Bob.
"Fair's fair. Here's your money."

Bob replied, "I can't take your money. I saw this earlier on the 5 PM news, So I knew he would jump."

The blonde replied, "I did, too, But I didn't think he'd do it again."
